Sylvie and Jean-Louis MENEGON have been traveling through the USA for years, mostly on the West coast, spending two months a year in California since 2012.
While Jean-Louis’ great-uncle emigrated from Italy to St Helena, California, part of Sylvie’s family lived in Brittany, the West region of France.
It was there she learned to cook traditional specialties like crêpes, galettes and caramels.
Sylvie has also been an accountant for 30 years, and Jean-Louis’ expertise is in marketing.
